Pennsylvania investor buys Richardson office campus

A Pennsylvania investor has snapped up a Telecom Corridor office campus.

The Creekview Corporate Center is a two-building, 250,000-square-foot office complex at Greenville Avenue and Lookout Drive in Richardson.

Built starting in 2000, the business center is just east of U.S. Highway 75.

A company represented by Pennsylvania-based Exeter Property Group just bought the Richardson buildings from an affiliate of Addison- based Beltway Commercial Real Estate, according to deed records.

The sale of the Telecom Corridor office campus is just the latest investor purchase of commercial properties in Dallas’ north suburbs.

After a slowdown at the start of the pandemic, commercial real estate investments have rebounded in North Texas in the last couple of months.

Exeter Property Group is a 14-year-old commercial real estate investor with industrial and office buildings across the country.

The company owns multiple properties in North Texas, including several office and warehouse buildings in Richardson.
